Non-Member REALTORS® / Non-MLS Members
Non-member listings are displayed exclusively on the Flint MLS (Kinnexus) System. Non-member listings ARE NOT distributed to any data share systems or IDX web sites, including FlintHomes.net and REALTOR®.com
In order to submit a listing with the Flint Area Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service, the listing agent MUST be a licensed REALTOR® in good standing with another Association/Board. This information will be verified before the listing is processed into the system.
The following information is required by the MLS Department when submitting a listing to the MLS. Listings will not be processed without the these items. (Please note that forms are available for download on this site):
- Signed Non-Member MLS Listing Agreement
- Signed copy of Exclusive Right To Sell Contract
- Check or credit card payment payable to FAAR in the amount of $75.00
- Completed Residential, Vacant Land, Multi-Family, or Commercial Profile Form
- Photograph of Listing if outside of Genesee County
Costs:
$75.00 check/credit card payment per listing for 90 days. (Provided that the listing agreement goes that long.) $25.00 check/credit card payment for an additional 90 days to extend the listing IF the money is received before the expiration date. $75.00 check/credit card payment for an additional 90 days to extend the listing IF the listing has already expired.
Non-Member REALTORS® / Members of Data-Share Partners
FAAR MLS currently data-shares with the following: Ann Arbor, Eastern Thumb, Down River, Lapeer & Upper Thumb, Saginaw Associations/Boards of REALTORS® and members of the Realcomp MLS.
In order to submit a listing with the Flint Area Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service, the listing agent MUST be a licensed REALTOR® in good standing with a Data-Share Partner. This information will be verified before the listing is processed into the system.

Costs:
$15.00 check/credit card payment for the life of the listing. There will be no additional charges to extend the listing provided the listing has not already expired. If the listing has already expired, there will be a $15.00 charge to extend the listing.
