Update Contact Information

Due to current and future changes it is imperative that every member ensure that all contact information is up to date. This can be checked and updated by logging into Kinnexus, clicking on the blue Tools tab (on left side) and clicking on the Personal Information button (represented by Thumb print icon).

Mail Options

Did you know that members can forward all new emails to another email account? The Kinnexus email program as many of the same features has other email systems. This means that messages can be forwarded, replied to, and even copied to another email address. To set this up, after logging into Kinnexus, click on the Tools tab at the top (Menu bar) and click on Mail Settings where you have the option to forward new messages to a business or personal email account, change the email address for all replies, add a signature and even change to use system default mail client such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.

Commissions

Any commission based on the net sales price opposed to the gross sales price of the property should be disclosed in the Agent Remarks section of the listing’s profile form. If you have prior knowledge of the commission being based on the net sales price the association is asking that agents remember to include this to eliminate hassles at closing.
